By using the services of Metro Tyre & Recovery ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Metro Tyre & Recovery provides emergency tyre replacement, fitting, repair, vehicle recovery, jump start, and related roadside assistance services across Greater London and surrounding areas. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3. Service Requests

When requesting our services:

  • You must provide accurate information about your location and vehicle
  • You must be the owner of the vehicle or have authority to request services
  • You must ensure safe access for our technicians to reach your vehicle
  • Response times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and demand

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted before service begins and are subject to change based on actual requirements
  • A deposit (booking/dispatch fee) is required to dispatch a technician.
  • The remaining balance is paid to the technician on arrival by card or cash upon completion of service
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards
  • Additional charges may apply for services outside our standard coverage area or for specialist requirements

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service request at any time. If a technician has already been dispatched, a call-out fee may apply to cover travel costs.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • All tyres supplied come with manufacturer warranties
  • Our workmanship is guaranteed for the duration of the tyre's life
  • Any issues with our service should be reported within 7 days

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to provide safe and professional services, Metro Tyre & Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your vehicle is in a safe and accessible location
  • Providing accurate vehicle and contact information
  • Being present or available by phone during the service
  • Checking the work completed before our technician leaves

9. Safety

If you are in an unsafe location (e.g., on a motorway), please move to a safe place if possible and call the appropriate emergency services. Our technicians will advise on safe procedures.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
